hmmmm been a while since i blogged. super bogged down with work and stuff and it really seems never ending! i think my eyesight has become worse, from the amt of time i spend in front of the comp. looking at green things every saturday doesn't seem to help as well. :( need to make new specs.
the office has become messier. i really think that my bossman has kinda lost the direction in how he wants to manage the dept. he seems to concerned with finding a place for his 爱将, rather than looking at the whole picture and see if that affects the dept's performance overall. the way he protected his 爱将 has really left a sour taste in some people's mouths. i really think he needs to take a step back and review. but i can't really blame the bossman, since he is overwhelm what he's involved in. it's like he has his fingers in so many cookie jars that he doesn't know which flavour of cookies is which. (did that make sense?)
was just living vicariously through FB the other day, and realised something. a lot of girls tend to wear really nice stuff when travelling. like tube dresses and short shorts and like quite skimpy tops when travelling to places like thailand or cambodia. i wonder why. not that i'm jealous or anything, but i personally prefer to travel light and simple. if i can wear like a top for 2 days, i would. and my bottoms will probably last me for like 3 - 4 days. HOWEVER, i NEED TO change my udies like everyday.
i'm looking at pictures and it's like they are changing their clothes every other day and sometimes a few times a day! and i can personally attest to that because i've travelled with a similar person before. don't they have to wash a lot of clothes when they get back home, or if they don't wash it then either their moms or maids will be washing that ginormous amount of clothes (plus shopping! unless you're the type to just wear your clothes off the rack first...)!!! wasting water, much?! but i think for me, it's also cos i don't want my mom to wash too many of my clothes and knowing that she will nag at me if i bring along too many. and i do spend like most of my packing time deciding what clothes to bring and make sure that my one singular bottom can match my tops.
obviously, i can't understand the need to bring so many clothes for a 4 - 5 day trip. and seriously, i'd rather spend my time eating the awesome and taking in the sights than spending that same amt of time looking so good (yes i agree they look good), then stepping out of the hotel and getting all hot, sweaty and sticky in 5 mins. most important is to be comfortable (unless you're like really comfortable in those get-ups). i'm such a guy.
do you ever like experience something, that leaves you clueless? like you don't know how it happened, or don't know what happened and eventually you don't even know how it ended up like the way it is? i find that absolutely mind boggling, and ultimately irritating. maybe because there's a lack of control that i can exercise in that particular situation. it's kind of like when H threw a water bomb at ja, and ja didn't see it till the last min. so she could only stand there and wait for the water bomb to land on her. right on her head. SPLAT. ahahaha okie, sorry. bad analogy.
FOTC - does any of you know what this means?! i have my own interpretation but it's too rude to say it online. i'm a polite person.
the secret gulity pleasure has made me more than willing to get it on. no good. should stop. but it's been so creatively inspiring that i don't want to stop. woots.
have a good week everyone!! :) HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY!
